Movie review: Life is Beautiful
*here’s a side note, I didn’t see the beginning of the film so I’m just going to talk about the second half of the film
* and there are no spoilers
I thought it was sad, but it had a happy ending to it. There are many movies that take place or are about the Holocaust or World War II. I’ve seen others, this ones different this one takes place in the Holocaust with a family of three. This movie is about the child’s story of how he survived the Holocaust because of his father. The movies I’ve seen are mostly about the upstanders the people outside the fence trying to save those that are penned up behind it. This movie really helps with the unit me and my classmates are learning about, and I’m sure I’ll watch the second half of the movie at home to see how good it is. If you haven’t checked out or seen this movie, it’s on Netflix, so you and me are lucky. I hope you watch this movie and if not this movie go watch other movies about the Holocaust to learn about a big part of our history.
