5 hours ahead....

Slice of Life - 28

I know that I’ve said that I was going to dedicate these blog to my past, well I’m gonna have to combine that story with one from today. Yes a story that got made in my mind from today.

So today might friend got on a 10:30 a.m. flight and left without say goodbye, just kidding. Of course she said goodbye, but I still miss her. She took a flight to Hawaii... HAWAII!!! I know I complained about this yesterday, but  I just wanted to make everything clear. Today we did have the field trip, field trip to the Holocaust Museum  which was heartbreaking and interesting for an about, we even got hear from a survivor. Im thankful I got the chance he shared about his life of being almost caught and hiding out from the war.
So I got to text her in the morning before she leaves on the flight. Turns out all six hours of school she still did not land. So we waited for her, turns out it was a nonstop flight  for nine hours. Nine hours! And she text us some photos of Hawaii outside of her plane window. At 8:19 PM she Text us. It also turns out that we are five hours ahead of her. Can you do the math? That means that it’s  3:19 PM over there.  First of all she’s lucky, but I just wanted to wish you have a great time on a vacation. Tomorrow is the last day of school, until spring break.. So have a awesome  Spring break!

OK, another story. My best buddy, Fernanda, ask me a question a couple days ago, “what was your childhood song?”  I think about it for a second but remembered. It  was ‘Hey There Delilah’  not sure from who but I remember our usually always sing that song. That also made me think of songs that were in old TV shows that I was watch as a kid. Have you ever heard of these:
Fruit Salad by: The wiggles
Bob the builder
Suit Life of Zack and Cody
Scooby doo
Dora the Explorer
Seaseme Street
BARNEY
Dragon Tales
The magic school bus
The Fairy Odd parents
The wizards of Waverly Place
The Bernstein bears
Blues clues

* basically all the theme songs of the shows I watched in my childhood, oh by the way any of the shows that are not listed on here that you might know, I’m probably still watching them, at the age of 14, Yep.
