What are you excited about in 4th quarter
This quarter I’m mostly excited for the field trips, leaving Heritage, graduating, and getting everything finish. The field trips we are going on is Six Flags, A cruise/dance, and SpringField. Leaving Heritage won’t be hard, but it won’t be easy either. I’m leaving memories, memories with my friends. 2 of my friends won’t be with me during highschool๐. Having everything finished in middle school will be amazing to accomplish, it also means that I get a fresh start in highschool. I’ll see some people from middle in my highschool I’m going to. So I’m excited for this quarter way more than any other quarter.

When theres a beginning, comes an End ๐
Slice of Life - 31
๐Sadly today is the last day of March, which also means the last day of Slice Of Life. Today is a goodbye to some things and a hello to others. I HAVE COMPLETED THE CHALLENGE!!!๐ฒ That's to all those people who said that this was going to be hard! Not only have I completed the challenge, but so have others so I want to congratulate them too! I'm glad that I completed this challenge I can scratch that off my bucket list! This challenge was fun because I got to share about slices of my life that I haven't told many people, so maybe this won't be the only time I complete this challenge๐. So today's blog is to congratulate me and the others who completed 31 days of 31 slices in the month of March. CHEERS TO ME AND THE OTHER SLICE OF LIFERS *⬅️is that even qualified as a word? Ehh. WHO HAD COMPLETED THIS CHALLENGE!๐๐ฅ
WE DID IT! Not only did this challenge got cross of my bucket list, but it also showed me that I am able to complete other challengs also. This also showed me another month has passed by, which mean another month gone from my school year of 8th grade, time flys by fast...

10:00 sharp & a nice day to see nature
Slice of Life - 30
A year ago today at 10pm sharp me and my family went on a roadtrip... a really long road trip. We went through 6 states in 8 days. It was so awesome, but this year we decided no to do it again. We have to many things that we have planned during spring break. So tomorow we are having a one year annversary dinner, for traveling to our main points, Colorado, Utah, & Arizona. I miss that trip so much, I'll never forget it.
Today me and my family went out, instead of staying indoors. We went to 3 forest preserves. They were all beautiful. We walked in the paths and on the 3/final preserve we went to we were lucky enough to see deer! We took many pictures and I road on my skateboard for a little while. It was nice to get away from the hard things, technology, & people. Every one should do that once in a while, I know I will.

A Halloween Present
Slice of Life - 29
The only reason I decided to type up this blog is because my cat Roxy is laying on my bed right next to me at the moment. ๐❤
When we first got Roxy, we didn't know at all that we were getting a cat. Kitten, correction. We invited my cousin over so she can go to a Halloween event with us. We waited and waited. When we saw her coming up the stairs in the front of our house, we didn't even notice how she was carrying her helmet. *her Halloween costume had to do with the air force. When she came up we have her a hug, and then we heard a meow from somehere, honestly we thought it was a stray cat. Then she lifted a small black blanket *or something and revealed a small adorable black kitten!❤❤❤❤ Oml my heart is melting right now as it was back then. That was the best surprise me and my siblings will probably ever get! We named her Roxy. A feisty, adorable, cat that is sometimes mistevious and sweet to hang around... I luv my cat. ๐ป

5 hours ahead....
Slice of Life - 28
I know that I’ve said that I was going to dedicate these blog to my past, well I’m gonna have to combine that story with one from today. Yes a story that got made in my mind from today.
So today might friend got on a 10:30 a.m. flight and left without say goodbye, just kidding. Of course she said goodbye, but I still miss her. She took a flight to Hawaii... HAWAII!!! I know I complained about this yesterday, but I just wanted to make everything clear. Today we did have the field trip, field trip to the Holocaust Museum which was heartbreaking and interesting for an about, we even got hear from a survivor. Im thankful I got the chance he shared about his life of being almost caught and hiding out from the war.
OK, another story. My best buddy, Fernanda, ask me a question a couple days ago, “what was your childhood song?” I think about it for a second but remembered. It was ‘Hey There Delilah’ not sure from who but I remember our usually always sing that song. That also made me think of songs that were in old TV shows that I was watch as a kid. Have you ever heard of these:
Fruit Salad by: The wiggles
Bob the builder
Suit Life of Zack and Cody
Scooby doo
Dora the Explorer
Seaseme Street
BARNEY
Dragon Tales
The magic school bus
The Fairy Odd parents
The wizards of Waverly Place
The Bernstein bears
Blues clues
* basically all the theme songs of the shows I watched in my childhood, oh by the way any of the shows that are not listed on here that you might know, I’m probably still watching them, at the age of 14, Yep.

So I got to text her in the morning before she leaves on the flight. Turns out all six hours of school she still did not land. So we waited for her, turns out it was a nonstop flight for nine hours. Nine hours! And she text us some photos of Hawaii outside of her plane window. At 8:19 PM she Text us. It also turns out that we are five hours ahead of her. Can you do the math? That means that it’s 3:19 PM over there. First of all she’s lucky, but I just wanted to wish you have a great time on a vacation. Tomorrow is the last day of school, until spring break.. So have a awesome Spring break!

WHAT IS UP WITH TODAY?!?!
Slice of Life - 27
I don’t know what is up with today! There’s so many upsetting and exciting things that are going on. Ok let’s start, today was one of my best buddy — Lily — last day at school today. I don’t mean like forever, like she’s leaving us. I mean that she’s leaving because she’s going on vavcation for spring break, and you wanna know where? HAWAII! Hawaii, what, why, how?!? Agh, she’s so lucky. First of all I’m jealous and second of all I’m gonna miss her, she said she’s leaving tomorrow morn. And staying at Hawaii for 7 days. ๐ซ I’m gonna miss you Lily. I was gonna go on a family trip, but something came up so yeah. When I came home today I did my homework and finished it, YAY. After that I went on opinion quizzes and I GOT HOOKED, I COULDN’T STOP. I know some may be lies or made up, but they really made my day! Another thing was that ROSEANNE IS BACK!!! Remember when I made a blog ‘Flash To the Past’? Well I wrote about the show Roseanne, a really good show. Finally came back, we’re watching it together as a family. And finally tomorrow we are going on a field trip, to the holocaust museum. I’ve been there before, it was a interesting and said trip. I don’t really remember much, but I do remember some things. It’ll me nice to pay a visit there again.๐
Opinion quizzes for me and you!!!

Should I start the countdown?
Slice of Life - 26
I don’t know maybe this is a little too late, but there are five more days of the month. Which means five more blogs and I decided to dedicate each of these last few blogs to my early childhood. So for this blog i’m going to take you to my third-grade. Why you ask? Well because I didn’t attend my elementary school from the start. I came around the middle of third grade. I remember feeling nervous and excitement because this was a new start a fresh start. I was excited to make new friends and nervous to meet the new people and teachers. When we got our house my parents told us that we were going to meet someone, but instead we were meeting our house. I’m still currently living in the same house we first moved into here in Berwyn. Then I got to attend my elementary school. I can’t even believe on how many people are still at our middle school from the same elementary school that we are connected to. Just to see the older faces. I wouldn’t have never had known that my future best buddy was in the same class I had first came to in 3rd grade. Her name is Mia, she was quiet then, but she sure isn’t at all. Mia’s loud and I mean loud, but not the kind that you would get annoyed of, but the kind you need in your life to make you laugh at random points of the day. There are other people I see in Heritage that are from our old elementary school that I’m not close to, but I still talk to them when I get the chance to. It’s so exciting and amazing how some of us stick together. Moving to Berwyn was probably the greatest things our family has done in a long time. 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade were awesome, meeting new friends, saying goodbye to others. But 6th, 7th, and 8th are the best, why? Because those who had stick with us from elementary school going into the middle school that was connected to our elementary school, those are the people that make the years great. I’ll miss some, but I’m sure they’ll keep sticking on though High school. Chicago may be my home, but Berwyn is where my heart lays.
